I'm Yeger, and this is YegerPod β€” a daily look at what's actually moving behind the headlines, using open data, prediction markets, and primary sources.

Day twenty-nine. One month of war with Iran. Here's the report card.

The stated goal was destroying Iran's missile capability. Trump says ninety percent eliminated. Five intelligence sources told Reuters: one-third. Yemen's Houthis just fired their first missiles at Israel. A new country entered the war on the day Rubio told the G7 it would be over in "weeks, not months." And Israel struck the Arak heavy water reactor β€” a move Iran's foreign minister called a direct contradiction of any diplomacy.

One month. Nineteen hundred dead. Thirteen Americans killed. The objectives keep growing. And none of the original ones are finished.

Now. Who's making money off this.

We've been tracking the Polymarket wallets since Episode 4 β€” the suspicious clusters, the pre-strike bets, the eight accounts that appeared March twenty-first betting on a ceasefire. That pattern hasn't changed. But this week, names started attaching to it.

Donald Trump Junior is an investor in Polymarket. Through his venture capital firm. He's also a strategic adviser to Kalshi, the other major prediction platform. His father decides when the bombs start and when they stop.

That alone would be a story. But it's not alone.

Eleven days before the first strikes on Iran, a company called XTEND β€” an Israeli AI drone maker β€” announced a one-point-five-billion-dollar merger to go public on Nasdaq. On the SEC filing? Eric Trump, listed as an investor. On the advisory board of Unusual Machines, another company in that same deal? Donald Trump Junior. XTEND builds one-way attack drones with existing Pentagon contracts. Eleven days later, their father launched a drone-heavy war.

Snopes checked it. Confirmed. True.

Then there's Jared Kushner. Officially the "peace envoy" to the Middle East. While mediating the conflict, he's touring Gulf states fundraising five billion dollars for his private equity firm, Affinity Partners. Elizabeth Warren put it plainly β€” "In the middle of a war with Iran, our peace envoy is in the Middle East trying to raise five billion for his private equity firm." Congressional Democrats have launched an investigation.

And Trump himself told reporters that Kushner was the one who advised him to strike Iran preemptively.

So β€” prediction markets. Drone contracts. Diplomatic fundraising. Three separate revenue streams from the same war, running through the same family.

The New Yorker investigated and put a number on it. Four billion dollars. That's what the Trump family has made off the presidency since January twenty twenty-five. Mostly crypto and digital assets.

Fifteen minutes before Trump posted Monday about "productive talks" with Iran, there was an unusual burst in oil futures and stock trading. The bets predicted stocks up, oil down. Which is exactly what happened.

And the agency that's supposed to catch this? The CFTC? Barron's reported this week that the enforcement division has been gutted. Every attorney in the Chicago office β€” gone. Polymarket's own CEO told 60 Minutes that insider trading on his platform is "sort of an inevitability" with "benefits."

There's a word for a war where the commander-in-chief's sons invest in drone companies before the war starts, his son-in-law fundraises from the countries involved, and connected wallets make money predicting military decisions before they're announced.

I don't think we've agreed on what that word is yet. But the numbers are on the record.

Polymarket's ceasefire market has traded fifty-seven million dollars. The leading bet is December, at seventy-six percent. Not April. December. The market doesn't think this ends soon.
